Fundraising Events

Over the years we have been furiously fundraising to prolong the life of the hall, to keep it safe and workable, a new roof, new kitchen, running costs, and so that more groups can use it.

The community are behind us all the way and often rent it for children’s parties, weddings, Bingo, coffee mornings, carpet bowls, Theatre rehearsals.

Below are are a selection of fundraising events we have run to contribute to the New hall Fund:

	Mull Massive 10 – 10 – 10 Mull Massive 10 – 10 – 10 running initiative led by Carol and her exercise class-mates. She encouraged us to enter as teams of 10 persons to run 10k races in 10 different venues. Read more
	Mad Hatter’s Tea Party Together with the Kirk Care Trust sheltered housing next door to the Scout Hall, a Mad Hatters afternoon party was organised to celebrate 40 years of Kirk Care. Read more
	Easter Fair An Easter Fair was held in the Scout Hall with all the Guiding and Scouting groups running it. Read more
	An Evening with Robert Gillies Robert Gillies very kindly offered to do an evening of entertainment, with proceeds to the Hall. Read more
